We are hiring a Software Engineer at Cogntix. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in DSA and system design. Familer with Java and Spring Boot is a plus but not mandatory.
This is a hybrid role (you’ll need to work from our Jaffna office at least 3 days a week). The salary range is LKR 170K - 200K, plus 0.2% - 0.5% equity in Cogntix with a 4-year vesting period.
Freshers can apply if you’ve completed your internship, and you need to join us from 2025,April 1st.
